ABOUT CONNIE RAWSON

Connie is an executive coach and M&A consultant supporting leaders in transition: stepping into a bigger job, a new company, the next phase of growth, or an acquisition. She helps them meet the moment while setting direction for the future, lead through others, and build influence across the organization. Connie coaches from her experience as a technology executive, building and leading global teams in Corporate Development and Human Resources at Salesforce as it grew from $500M to $31.4B in revenue.

Connie helps leaders find and refine their voice, and use it to build trust with the people around them. She collaborates with them to cut through the noise and prioritize what matters most, communicate effectively during times of uncertainty, and align across teams to solve for the business together. Connie helps uncover the patterns and mindsets that shape how a leader shows up, applying a candid, practical approach to turn those insights into action and growth. Her focus is helping clients gain the clarity and confidence to succeed with purpose.

Prior to coaching, Connie spent 16 years at Salesforce, most recently as Senior Vice President of M&A Integration, where she managed matrixed teams of over 100 people representing every major function and region. She played a key role in integrating more than 20 acquisitions across five continents, ranging from a few employees to a few thousand. Five were valued at over $1 billion each, including MuleSoft, Demandware, ExactTarget, ClickSoftware, and Vlocity. Earlier, she was Global Head of Rewards, responsible for board-level Compensation Committee engagement and program design through the company’s high-growth phase.

Connie draws on her broad professional experience and coaching background to create tailored engagements that help each client become the best leader they can be. She believes sustained success happens when professional achievements are aligned with your values and balanced with overall well-being.

Connie is a Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
