Her experience as a senior executive gives her a unique ability to align leadership growth with an organization’s business priorities. Having worked extensively with leaders worldwide, Connie understands the cultural nuances and challenges of leading global teams.

Before starting Connie Rawson Coaching, Connie worked at Salesforce where she spent 7 years as an executive in Corporate Development, supporting the inorganic growth of the company. During that time she played a key role in integrating over 20 acquisitions, covering 5 continents and ranging from a few employees to a few thousand. Five transactions valued over $1 billion each, including MuleSoft, Demandware, Exact Target, Click, and Vlocity. Prior to that, she held various roles in Human Resources for 9 years there, including the Global Head of Rewards where she built competitive programs during a phase of hyper-growth. She was responsible for board-level Compensation Committee support including approval of executive compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
Connie draws on her broad professional experience and coaching background to create tailored engagements that equip senior executives and emerging leaders with skills and insights in achieving extraordinary leadership. Connie is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Masters Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
